Photo Fest: Jackson, WY and Yellowstone

Kayla's first horseback riding trip was awesome. She loved every second of it! We rode along the Snake River along a quiet road. Kayla has asked to ride horses since she was 2 years old, but wasn't old enough then. She is a horse loving kind of kid!
Camping with a double dose of one year olds is challenging but we are getting them used to it while they are young!
 Water Fight!
Looking out at the Snake River in the cool morning air.
The car that doesn't really fit our family anymore.
 Yellowstone geysers.
Kayla really sick in Yellowstone...sleeping in the babes' stroller.
 The Snake River in Yellowstone.
 McKay
 McKay eating a pinecone...I swear I don't starve my children! I SWEAR!
Stopped at a rest stop on the way home and enjoyed the shade of a tree on the lawn. Take a look at the 4 most important people in my life...love them!

So we took a trip up to Jackson, WY to white water raft the Snake River, camp, and go horseback riding. We have decided to move there...one day. A little house on a lot of land with a few horses, a huge garden, some chickens, and on the outskirts of Jackson, WY. Too bad it's really expensive to live there... but we have made it a "one day" goal. We'll see. My point is, it's amazing. I wish I would have taken some photos of the area. We go up there every year to run the river but this time there was a magnetic pull. Man, it's awesome.
Friday, Sean's parents told us that they decided to get us a cabin in West Yellowstone on Sunday night for our anniversary so we could go to Yellowstone. We were excited. (thanks you guys, we still appreciate it so much!) Sunday morning I was packing up camp to head up through Teton and Yellowstone Park. Kayla came in a fell asleep next to me (way unusual). When we started on the road Kayla told me she was going to puke. That started the series of 5 pukes that morning in the car while driving through Yellowstone. She was feverish. I gave her some dramamine to help with the nausea. Knocked her out cold. By the time we got to Old Faithful, she slept in the baby stroller while we carried the babies. To further complicate things, Brody got a fever and was the ultra clinger. I only had adult ibuprofen so I cut one in half, crushed it and force fed him the medicine with Ketchup (I know, that is horrible). He wouldn't eat or fall asleep, just wanted me and acting really lethargic. We left Old Faithful and beelined it for the camping cabin in West Yellowstone. That day, we questioned whether traveling with kids is worth it. Then when I look at these photos, I realize it totally is...
