Mommy's Home!!!

Things that I love about not working anymore:

I get to go into Kayla's room every morning and be greeted with a "Good Mornin Momma. I so happy you are here!" and have two little arms thrown around my neck and hugged tight.

I can do art projects with Kayla.

I can be the one to kiss her owies when she falls down.

I can paint her findernails and toenails a pink sparkley color and become an automatic hero.

I can put all my other time in to school.

I cannot say that I can complain about my life right now. In January, I will be at school from 8 AM to 4:30 Monday through Friday and I will miss this special time I have with Kayla every day. For now though, I am going to savor every second.

In a Nutshell...

Have you ever seen a part in a movie where it flashes back and fast forwards through everything that happened in the person's life or year or month..... well this post is kinda like that. Since I have not had free time to do this, here it is:

1. I was accepted in to a nursing program and start in January.
2. My little brother, Jared married Lynn, the raddest girl and perfect match for him.
3. I quit my job so I can focus on school (quitting means quitting my income and insurance)
4. Have been a stay at home mom/student for 2 weeks and could not be happier.
5. Took Naomi's bridals, she gets married next month so we get to take a trip to Arizona (lucky it is in November when it's not a hundred and fifty degrees!)
6. Kayla plans to be a pink cat for halloween (completely her idea)
7. We went to the Uinta Mountains the weekend they were closing and had a great time ( see last picture)
8. Sean and I stay up too late studying
9. We spend quality time as a family every day.
10. Kayla's favorite thing to do is make brownies
11. Kayla has worn her princess dress every day for a month and pins the back of the skirt to her pony tail and calls herself a "bride"
12. Sean and I listened to conference and recommitted to scripture reading.
13. I have time to exercise every day.
14. Life is good, no big complaints, we are doin' great!
