Whether it be sipping hot cocoa or sitting on the beaches of the Australian Gold Coast, everyone has some type of Christmas tradition.

Growing up, (on Christmas Eve) we would carol to the local fire fighters on duty and bring them treats. We would then open presents from mom and dad and eachother. Then, all of us would sleep in one bedroom so we could all discover the things that Santa brought at the same time.

Christmas morning would consist of breakfast from Santa, lots of playing with toys and staying in Pjs. In the evening we would all pile in the car and head over to Grandparents house. There, we would spent the evening enjoying each other's company.

On Christmas Eve, mom would gather all of the family in to sing Christmas songs and tell of the birth of the Saviour. It was her way of helping us to stay focused on the true meaning of the season.

We did not have a lot of money and our Christmas days were often meager.
This is a Part of Christmas I would not change for the world.

May we all remember the true meaning of Christmas as we go throughout this Holiday Season.
Enjoy every little part of it.

Merry Christmas!
