My friend came in from Australia and we were able to spend some time together. We went up to Brighton and hiked around a bit. Kayla didn't hike, she sprinted everywhere. As she ran full speed down these hills, her eyes were wide open, as was her mouth. She would speak clear jibberish and point to something as she ran. Charlene seemed to be entertained by the whole situation.
One of the best parts about the little adventure was when it started to snow. Kayla pointed both hands to the sky and said, with enthusiasm, SNOOOOW (only pronounced NOOOOO.)

dude thats rad. kayla is so awesome. i can totally see her running down a hill and you watch just waiting for her to fall and then she gets confused as to what she was doing that could have made this happen! classic.
