Dear Kayla,
Lately you have been coming up with the greatest things! You love to sing Itsy Bitsy Spider. Once, I pretended that itsy bitsy spider was in the palm of my hand. From that day on, you are always holding out your hand saying "look momma, ee bee bider" then you look at the floor in great surprise and say "I dwop him momma, I dwop him" then you pretend to pick itsy bitsy spider off the floor and hold him gently in your hand again. When I leave for work, you always say "I luh you momma."
We have been cooking a lot of fun things together. You love to help mix and pour. We made a cake for daddy's birthday a few days ago and you loved it. When I got out the mixer, you said "oh cool momma!" You are so expressive in all that you do.
If there is one thing I could do, I would freeze time. Just so I could keep those sweet kisses and tight hugs. I never want you to grow and experience the negativity in the world. Just stay my sweet little Kayla boo forever. Please.

This made me so sad this morning after a huge fight w grace before school. I wish she was that innocent wide eyed happy baby that she used to be. Now she knows how to push my buttons... wish me luck. Love you, love her.

hannah, we were laughing super hard at her expressions. kayla is such an awesome kid. tell sean happy birthday! we didn't even know! aaron is a big birthday dude...he likes shopping for people. just wish him happy bday for us!
