I couldn't take it any more. Today I cut Kayla's hair. I didn't know when the next time I could make it down to my super skilled sister in law that cuts hair in Orem and I can't afford to get her a haircut at a salon. I know. It's sad.
Sean is really against me cutting Kayla's hair because... well.... I am not a beautician THAT'S for sure.
So I tucked Sean in for a nice Sunday nap and acted like I was just going to be out here playing with Kayla.
Then I cut her hair in to a little a-line. It's actually pretty cute. Sean expressed his astonishment that I would do that but he did admit it looked cute.
Her hair was starting to look like the literal definition of the word "mop."
I keep creating every excuse not to study. I think it's a disease. Probably called Studyopathy. Maybe Polyexcuseorreah. Either way. I don't want to do it. I really don't. But I should.
So that's all from me tonight.

Hannah I bet her hair looks awesome! little kid's hair is actually missing one of the layers of the shaft called the medulla; which pretty much means it's really fine and soft. . . which translates into being pretty easy to cut. So take advantage while it's managable! And hey, i've seen you braid--I think you're a closet beautician!
