Dear Santa

Kayla wrote a letter to Santa this year, it went something like this:

Dear Santa,
Christmas Eve, can you bring me some candy? And Cinderella and Snow white? And can you bring me a new crown because mine broke.
I love you Santa,
Love,
Kayla

Kayla and I went out to the mailbox and put the letter in. The next day, Kayla received a letter from Santa that said something like this:

Dear Kayla,
You have been a good girl so I am going to try and bring you the things you asked for.
Merry Christmas.
Love,
Santa

Kayla has been skipping around the house hugging the letter saying "I'm So happy, I'm so happy" "Santa wrote me letter Mommy, I can't believe it!"

Being a mommy has no paydays that go directly into your bank account or big yearly bonuses that you can buy something nice with. No, there are no paydays like that but nothing can ever bring as much happiness as the innocence of a child and the unconditional you give and receive from them. I wouldn't trade that for a thousand paydays!

Her pure beauty is sometimes overshadowed by her overflowing, exuberant spirit. But in that first picture, you can see how truly beautiful she is!
