Nuts About Cycling
So my first semester of nursing school was a beast. I gained about 10 or 15 pounds because I sat and sat and ate to stay awake while I studied.
Right now I am taking Pathophysiology and Biochemistry but they are online classes. I made a few goals when the summer started. I love biking so I bought a road bike near the end of April and I am addicted. I go about 30-40 miles per day. I have lost 17 pounds and set my goal to lose another 20 pounds before school starts at the end of August. I am running a 5k on Saturday. I hate running so I don't know what that is all about. I have been running this past week and I am up to running 3 miles without having to walk.
I love fitness, I have always loved it.
I am the happiest in life when I am healthy and fit.
