Life is way too short to study.... seriously.
With all that is expected of me in nursing school, there are a few things I refuse to completely ignore:
My husband.
My daughter.
Keeping a journal (blog).
And church stuff.
Everything else can take a cut really.
Yesterday, we went to visit the Museum of Natural History at the U of U.
Then we went to some bike shops where Sean took a few road bikes for a spin.
Don't worry, it will take at least a year or so for him to decide on one anyway.
We met an interesting guy at one of the shops.
His name was Wayne.
He was awesome, but he was totally geekin' out about a convention he just attended about bikes.
Later, over dinner I said to Sean "could you imagine a thousand Waynes at that convention, all geekin' out about bike components."
Sean's reply:
"Hannah, that's what a convention is: one geek trying to sell another geek his geek stuff."

I laughed for about 5 minutes straight.
Ironically, we are both total geeks.
